Information You Provide
When you submit the inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, message, selected area of interest, and any optional phone or church or organization information you choose to provide.
How Information Is Used
Inquiry information is used to understand and respond to your message. The form also uses separate one-way technical fingerprints derived from request information and your email address to limit repeated submissions and reduce spam. The original request address is not stored in the inquiry record.
Spam Protection
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot check, to confirm that submissions come from a person rather than automated software. To run that check, Cloudflare receives technical request information, such as your network address and browser details. Your name, email address, and message are not sent to Cloudflare.
Email Notification
When an inquiry is saved, a notification containing what you submitted is emailed to the collective using Resend, an email delivery service, so that someone can read and respond to your message. We do not add your address to a mailing list, and we do not send automated replies.
Storage and Access
Inquiry records are stored through the website’s hosting and database service. They are private and are not available for public viewing, editing, or deletion through this website.
What This Site Does Not Currently Use
This site does not currently include analytics or advertising trackers, a newsletter subscription service, member accounts, or online donation processing.
